We may collect and process the Personal Data you voluntarily share with us, automatically provided through your use of our Extension:

  • Online Identifiers: When you access our website or otherwise interact with its content and features or use our Extension, certain information regarding your access and use is collected.   • Contact Information & Communications: We collect contact information, such as, as applicable to you communication with us, name, email address, phone number and country, if you contact us with any inquiries, be provided with information regarding our Extension, contact our customer support, etc., either through an online form available on our website, by sending us an email or by any other means.

We collect and use your personal data for various purposes, including: operating and maintaining the App's functionality, fulfilling our contractual obligations, providing services in your preferred language, conducting analytics to improve user experience, and enhancing security. We analyze usage patterns to troubleshoot, test, and research, aiming to safeguard the Extension. Additionally, we may use your data for legal purposes, such as defending against potential claims, enforcing our policies, and complying with legal obligations and internal standards. We are committed to protecting our Users’ personal data and are among other things using pseudonymization, encryption and user based access levels to protect your personal data. We strive to take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of your personal data. That said, please note we cannot and do not guarantee that your data will be 100% protected.

Children Privacy

The Extension and Services are not intended for use by children and we do not knowingly collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 16. If you become aware or have any reason to believe that a ‘Child’ has shared any information with us, please contact us (as detailed below) and we will take reasonable steps to ensure that such information is immediately deleted from our files.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83, “Shine the Light Act”, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal data we share with third parties or corporate affiliates for those third parties or corporate affiliates’ direct marketing purposes. Please note that we do not share your personal data with any third parties or affiliates for their direct marketing purposes.

The CCPA provides consumers who are California residents with some specific rights regarding their personal data in addition to the rights specify under section 1 to this policy:

  • Right to Access: If you are a California resident, you have the right to request, up to two times each year, access to categories of your personal data that we collect.
